Dormant Accounts

Dormant accounts are prepared for companies for which no activity has taken place during the financial period. They generally consist of a balance sheet which shows the amount of money in the bank and the number of shares in issue. For companies that have always been dormant a form DCA may be used to file these dormant accounts at Companies House.
