Company Formations

Companies are formed on line so that a company is available within a few hours of being ordered and frequently as quick as two hours. An in-house incorporation system (that has been authorised by Companies House) has been developed which enables us to incorporate companies electronically.

Advice is given concerning the problems with certain words such as "Group" and sensitive words such as "Queen".

Availability of company names can be established whilst talking to the client.

We are able to incorporate limited liability companies, both private and public, unlimited companies and companies limited by guarantee.
