| Annual Return
The Annual Return, or Form 363, is the form which is filed at Companies House annually, usually the anniversary of the date of incorporation of the company. The Annual Return contains;
- the Registered Office address,
- the Directors and their details,
- the Company Secretary and their details,
- issued share capital; and
- the shareholders.
