Annual Return

The Annual Return, or Form AR01, is the form which is filed at Companies House annually, usually the anniversary of the date of incorporation of the company. The Annual Return contains;

the Registered Office address,
theDirectors and their details,
the Company Secretary and their details,
issued share capital; and
the shareholders.

The filing fee is £30 for this form, or if you file it electronically £15. MSP Secretaries Limited can arrange for the Annual Return of your company to be filed either on paper or by electronic filing.
